Theda Bell Penny Brashear

Theda Brashear, 89, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on April 5, 2021.

She entered this world on November 15, 1931 in Dallas, TX, born to Alfred and Cecil Enzensperger.

She is preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Cecil Enzensperger; husband Pete Brashear; sister Mable Lucille Morefield; sister Catherine Halbert; son James Ray Penny.

She is survived by her son Ronny Penny and wife Glenda; daughter Kathleen Marx and husband Butch; daughter-in-law Millie Penny; 10 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and many great-great grandchildren.

Theda enjoyed life very much.  She loved her family and spending time with them.  One of her greatest joys was to go to her son's house each weekend to fish.  She enjoyed painting and working out at the YMCA.  She especially lover her dogs.

Service for Theda will be held Saturday, April 10, 2021. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home, and service will follow at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Union Cemetery in Cross Roads, TX.
