Terry was born in Browns Valley, MN to Mack and Ann Babb.
He is preceded in death by his parents Mack and Ann Babb, sister Sandra Padgett, and brother Gene Babb.
He is survived by his spouse Paula Cook, children Terry Babb, Eric Babb, R.J. Babb, Jamie Honeycutt, Eddie Yates, 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and sister Shirley Heald.
Arrangements for Terry were made by Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home.
