He was born in Dallas, TX to Bobby and Angela Bailey.
He was a member of the APA Pool League, and a member of the Malakoff Band Booster.
He is preceded in death by his dad; Bobby Bailey, mom; Angela Bailey, and aunt; Rose.
He is survived by his wife; Audra Bailey, children; Marry Aguilar, Bobby Bailey, Carrie Bailey, Jessica Bailey, siblings; Ken Contreras, Bernadette Combs, Chris Bailey, Mike Contreras, and step-mother; Linda Bailey.
A visitation for Raymond will be held Sunday, September 27, 2020 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home, Seven Points.
