Mr. Phillip Dewitt Conn, 70 years old of Tool, TX, quietly left the walks of this life at his home with his family by his side Friday, August 24, 2018.
He was born in Houston, TX, son of Simon Lamar Conn and Vada Sedalia Bivins in 1948.
Phillip was a veteran of the Armed Services of the United States having served for twelve years in the US Navy during which time he received a Good Conduct Medal, a Combat Action Ribbon and a Vietnam Service Medal.Â
He is survived by his wife Geneva Conn; Daughters, Rhonda Mosley and Shari Conn.  Sister, Linda Anderson, and Brothers, Ronnie Conn, Paul Conn and Robert Conn.  Grandson, Jonathan Cheatham, Granddaughter, Kayla Loose, Great-grandson, Jonathan Jr., and Great-granddaughters, Blakeley and Kaylee.
He was preceded in death by his parents Simon Lamar and Vada Sedalia Conn.
Services will be held at the DFW National Cemetery at a later date.
