Patsy Ganell Whitehead

Patsy Ganell Whitehead of Mesquite, TX passed away on February 14, 2015 at the age of 74. Patsy was born in Malakoff, TX on January 11, 1941 to Lowell Rogers and Era Alexander Rogers. Patsy graduated from Malakoff High School and married the love of her life Kelley J. Whitehead on October 8, 1960. Patsy drove an 18 wheeler for 21 plus years. She loved driving the truck and went all over the United States; just her and her Big Red Truck. She was a generous person never met a stranger. Just hint that you need some money and she'd give you money in a heartbeat. Always concerned for the other fellow. She is survived by her brothers, Rick and wife Holly Rogers of Georgetown, TX, Joel and wife Lynn Rogers of Mesquite, TX, sisters, Barbara and husband Tommy Underwood of Conroe, TX, Carolyn and husband Bob Weiss of Killeen, TX, grandchildren, Kelley, Lorin and Bethany Whitehead, great grandchild, Allison Paige Zaumseil, aunt, Audrey Ferguson, uncle, Reagen Rogers, numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lowell and Era Rogers, husband, Kelley J. Whitehead, son, Michael Whitehead, sister, Jerry Rogers, Brother, Bobby Rogers. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Huckabee/Tomlinson Funeral Home in Malakoff, TX Followed by a service at 2:00 PM at Huckabee/Tomlinson Funeral Home in Malakoff, TX Interment will follow at Malakoff Cemetery in Malakoff, TX
