Patricia Yvonne Noel

Patricia Yvonne Noel, affectionately known as Yvonne, peacefully passed away on August 13, 2026, at the age of 87. Born on March 16, 1939, in Corpus Christi, TX, she was the cherished daughter of Clarence and Lois Summerall.

Yvonne lived a life rich in creativity and warmth. An avid painter, she found great joy in capturing the beauty of bluebonnets on canvas, often sharing her art at Canton First Monday. Her passion for gardening resulted in stunning flower displays that brightened her home and delighted all who visited. Yvonne had a talented eye for design, transforming her home with thoughtful themes. She thrived as a gracious hostess, always putting others first until she would be reminded to take a moment for herself. She also expressed her appreciation for local first responders through her delectable baked pecan muffins. A true cat lover, Yvonne's gentle spirit extended to all her furry companions.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, John Noel Jr.; her parents, Clarence and Lois Summerall; her sister, JoAnn Summerall; her brother, CR Summerall Jr.; and her niece, Jenny Summerall.

Yvonne is survived by her sons, John Leland Noel and wife, Gloria, James Lynn Noel his wife, Bethan. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Jay Noel, Victoria Montiero, Matthew Monteiro, Melissa Monteiro, and Anthony DeSanto. Additionally, she leaves behind a beautiful lineage of great-grandchildren: Mikayla Heimbigner, Nathaniel Heimbigner, Evan Monteiro, Alyssa Monteiro, Joshua Monteiro, Silas DeSanto, and Atley Sesanto, along with two great-great-grandchildren, James Draper and Kelsey Coleman.

Family and friends will gather to honor and celebrate Yvonne's life during a graveside service at Tool Cemetery on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with Bro. Steve Palmer officiating.
