Michael Dean Myers

Michael Dean Myers was born October 15, 1956 in Dallas, TX to Ralph and Shirley Myers. He passed away June 13, 2015 in Tyler, TX. He graduated from Grand Prairie High School in 1974, and attended the University of Texas at Arlington. He enjoyed participating in all sports and was accomplished at many. He was outside sales rep for Progress Lighting, for several years. He work at the distribution center for Kmart and Kohl's in Corsicana for many years. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Myers of Trinidad, TX, brother, Gene Myers and wife Debbie of Mabank, TX, nephew, Brian Thurston and wife Erin of South Carolina, special friend, Debbie Caldwell of Trinidad, TX, aunts, Nelda Coonrod of Granbury, Betty Atchley of Austin, Roxie Weedon of Glen Rose, Betty Waller of Mansfield and many cousins and friends. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed, but we all look forward to seeing him again in his heavenly home. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home in Malakoff, TX. Service will follow at 2:00 PM.
