Melanie Palmer

Melanie Kay Palmer was born on August 28, 1963 and passed away on July 31, 2023 in Tyler, Texas. She is survived by her loving father and mother, John H. Grogan and Norma Rogers Grogan. She is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Allen Palmer.

Melanie will be remembered fondly by her many friends at Oak Wood Place.
