After retirement they enjoyed traveling for many years. She never saw a garage sale sign that she could pass up. She loved to spend time with family, dance, and fish (only keeping the "fat ones").

She was predeceased by her husband Francis D. Drake, her parents, William and Florence Seeger (Barnfield), brother Amos Seeger as well as sisters Claudine Bradd and Georgia Winchester.

She is survived by her Children Rebecca Drake of Marmora Ontario Canada, Denise Drake Bentley (Gary) of Malakoff Texas and Patrick Drake (Lori) of Jacksonville Arkansas. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

We want to thank the caregivers at The Lodge in Gun Barrell City for their loving care as well as Cedar Creek Lake Home Health and Hospice.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 5-6 followed by Rosary at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home in Malakoff, Texas.

Funeral Mass will be Monday, August 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Malakoff, TX, officiated by Father Patrick Fenton, followed by burial at Mary Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

May eternal rest be granted unto her oh lord and let perpetual light shine on her. May her soul and all the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen
