Marie "Ree" Green, 75 of Athens, TX passed away Monday, March 9, 2020.
She was the daughter of the late Earnest and Ruthie Whisenhunt.
Marie spent over 40 years in the area, and 21 of those years she spent serving at the Feed Box. If Marie wasn't working, she was spending time with her family. She loved being with her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Earnest and Ruthie Whisenhunt, three brothers, and three sisters.
She is survived by her children; Sheila Moore, Tammy and husband Bill Mullins, Kevin and wife Alisha Thomas, three brothers, three sisters, seven granddaughters, one grandson, twelve great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Marie will be held Friday, March 20 at 11:00 a.m. at Marvin Cemetery in Wallace, AR.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to American Cancer Society.
