Linda Sue Scrimshire

Linda Eagan Scrimshire, 68, beloved mother and grandma Linda, was called to her eternal resting place on May 29, 2021. She entered this world on March 28, 1953 in Hamilton, TX, born to Leonard and Ila Eagan.

Linda has been in the Tool and Malakoff area since 1973. She worked many years as one of Malakoff's most beloved beautician's. When she was not working, you would find her supporting her Malakoff Tigers. Linda became a Tiger fan the moment she moved here. You would find her supporting all Tiger Nation sports. Once her children and grandchildren became involved in school, she would not miss a game. She loved her family and supported them in all their activities. She is an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Mavericks. More than sports though, Linda loved God and her church, Tool First Baptist Church.

Linda is preceded in death by her husband Perry Scrimshire, parents Leonard and Ila Eagan, sister Beverly Eagan Vaughn, and father-in-law Jim Scrimshire.

She is survived by her son Corey Scrimshire; daughter Cody Scrimshire; son Kevin Scrimshire and wife Stacy; grandchildren Andrea Harris; Lauren Harris; Katelyn Wolfe; Gavin Scrimshire; Prayleigh Scrimshire; Payson Scrimshire; Libby Hamilton; great-grandchildren Emma, Zuri, Lyla, Amelia, Lillian, Sienna, Lincoln, and one due in September; mother-in-law Maxine Scrimshire; brother-in-law Hollis Scrimshire; brother-in-law Max Scrimshire.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday June 2, 2021 from 6-8 PM at the Tool First Baptist Church, Tool, TX.

Service will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2021 11:00 AM at Tool First Baptist Church with Bro. Rocky Weatherford officiating.

Interment will be in the Tool Cemetery.
