Joyce Bailey

Joyce Bailey passed away July 14, 2014 in Frisco, TX at the age of 80. Joyce was born on February 6, 1934 in Enid, OK to Spaulding Browning Lowrey and Doris Lowrey . She is survived by her daughters, Linn Owens, Rebecca and husband Arn Jacobsen, brothers, Kenneth Lowrey, Teddy Higgins and Phil Lowrey, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Spaulding Browning and Doris Lowrey, husband, Edward J. Bailey, son, Craig Bailey, brothers, James and Paul Lowrey. Graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 4:00 PM at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Mabank, TX.

Interment
