Joseph Stevens of Kemp, TX passed away on May 24, 2014 in Athens, TX at the age of 55. Joseph was born on December 31, 1958 in Dallas, TX to Willie Joe Stevens and Emma Sue Nolte Stevens. He is survived by his cousins, Shirley Tully and Patricia Brown, special friends, Steve Welborn, Pallie Elston, Arafel Bruce and Liam Bruce He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Emma Stevens.
