George was born in Rural Shade, TX to the late Johnnie Quinn and the late Doris Bradley Quinn.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife; Jeanette Quinn, brothers; James Quinn, Grady Quinn, and sister Carolyn Matlock.
He is survived by his children; Donna "Jody" Quinn Brown and husband Randall, Susan Quinn, Kelly Quinn, Stacy Quinn Head and husband David, brother; Billy Ray Quinn and wife Pat, sister; Robbie Jean "RJ Bradley" Pourbahrami and husband Alex, grandchildren; Wesley Brown, Erin Bennett, Zander Quinn, Allison Quinn, Cassidy Quinn, Riley Head, Aubrey Head, Bailey Head, great-grandchildren; Jack Bennett, Georgia Bennett.
