He entered this world on August 2, 1970 in Lubbock, TX, born to Amos Perez and Aurora Gerhardt.
He is survived by his mother Aurora Gerhart and husband Kenneth, father Amos Perez and wife Tina, son Travis Perez, daughter Sierra Perez, son Chase Crawford, step-brother Kenny Gerhardt and wife Michelle, and niece Emilee Gerhardt.
Service for Fermin will be Friday, September 23, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home, Malakoff. Bro. Bill Hauck will be officiating.
