Doylene Stokes

Doylene Stokes moved from Tennessee Colony to her heavenly home Sunday morning, February 19, 2023.

She was born on April 13, 1955 in Bellmead, TX, to Lee and Marva Milsap.

Doylene loved to fish. She and Pete spent much of their married life fishing and enjoying time together. Some of the best times were spent fishing with their children. She loved her family. She is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Don't mess with her Cowboys.

She is preceded in death by her father Lee Milsap.

She is survived by her loved, husband Pete Stokes; mother Marva Milsap, children Jennifer, Marissa, Robert, Madison, Michael, Chassidy, grandchildren Stormie, Watson, and Aedyn. Also surviving is Doylene and Pete's baby Troubles. Troubles has been with them since they married.

A Celebration of Life service is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home, Malakoff, TX with Bro. Frank Upchurch officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be sent to Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home to help with her service.
