Conni Worthy Wiley passed away on November 17, 2014 at the age of 55 Conni was born on October 28, 1959 in Lufkin, TX to Earnest Worthy and Julia Durham Worthy. Conni was a dedicated mother, grandmother and teacher for Kemp ISD.
She was an Advocate of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
She is survived by her sons, Todd Meine, Shane & wife Christal Meine, daughter, Elisha and husband Nathan Anderson, grandchildren, Calab, Haley, Alyssa, Preston, Kagen, Lucie and Phynix.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Earnest and Judy Worthy, brother, Mark Worthy. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2014 from 6 to 8 PM at Huckabee/Tomlinson Funeral Home in Seven Points, TX Service will be held on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 11: 00 AM at Huckabee/Tomlinson Funeral Home in Seven Points, TX Interment will follow at King Cemetery
