Charles Marrs

Charles Eddie Marrs born in Greenville, TX May 18, 1948, and left us on August 23, 2023. Charles was a Vietnam Veteran serving from 1967 - 1971.

For those that knew him, they knew his first love was golf, and maybe his second was Tequila. He was always ready with a quick remark and smirk, as he loved to make people laugh, and was also known for his pranks on the golf course. He had a big heart that many people never had the opportunity to see.

He is preceded in death by his mother Eddie Mae Green; father Charles Connie Marrs; father-in-law Thomas Rich; daughter Brandelynn Grisham; sister-in-law Tammy and husband Chuck Amy; brother-in-law Tim Wilkins; brother-in-law Steve Wilkins.

He is survived by his spouse Linda Marrs; mother-in-law Audrey Rich; son Charles (C.W.) Marrs; daughter Alexa Grisham; daughter Melissa Durio; daughter Bobbie Jo Marrs; sister Pam and husband Jim Wilkins; brother-in-law Cecil Wilkins; brother-in-law Tommy and wife Tammy Rich; brother-in-law Aaron and wife Jolene Campell; grandchildren Ashton Grisham, Sienna Grisham, Raymond Gross, and Ezra Moon Marrs. He is also survived by special loved ones Deanie Marrs, Janie Green, along with numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and a multitude of friends.
