He was born in Kerens, TX, and is the son of Ellis Dickson and Mary "Dollie" Lassiter Dickson
Carroll was preceded in death by his Father Ellis Dickson, Mother Mary "Dollie" Lassiter Dickson, Brother William "Bill" Dickson, Brother Royce Dickson.
Carroll is survived by his daughters, Carolyn & husband Randy Robertson, Sue & husband David Files, Sister Faye Thrasher, sister-in-law Ruth Dickson and Sister Linda Puckett as well as many grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many other loved ones.
The family will receive family and friends Sunday, January 13, 2019, 1:00 pm at the at the Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home, Malakoff, TX.
Service for Mr. Dickson will be at 2:00 PM on January 13 with Benny Risner officiating.
