Bobrow Gunnels of Kemp, TX passed away on January 23, 2015 at the age of 76. Bobrow was born on February 26, 1938 in Trinidad, TX to Barney Gene Gunnels and Onie Carroll Gunnels. Bobrow worked for Baker Hughes, Lake Fork Golf Club and Indian Oaks Golf Club. Bobrow served in the Navy from November 16, 1955 to February 9, 1959.
He is survived by his loving wife, Wanda Gunnels, son, Bobby and wife Wanda Gunnels, daughter, Felicia and husband Scott Crow, sisters, Marie and husband Gene Ludnig, Barbara and husband Clyed Tyer, Joy and husband Ken Stone, Carol Ann Trussell, brothers, Roy and wife Stacey Gunnels, Ricky and wife Pam Gunnels, grandchildren, Bobby Ray Jr. and wife Laurie Gunnels, Jeff and wife Brittani Gunnels, Brandon, Rileigh Ryan Crow, Joshua Koller, Chasity Rhodes, Robin Petersen, Lacey Koller, great grandchildren, Carley, Lexi, Lee Ray, Wyatt Gunnels, Madison, Macie, Mark III, Rhodes, Brandon Petersen, numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Barney Gene and Onie Gunnels, brothers, Barney Gene and J. W. Gunnels, sister, Irma Nicholas, nephew, Mark Tinney, niece, Sharon Ellis.
Visitation will be held on January 26, 2015 from 6 to 8 PM at Huckabee/Tomlinson Funeral Home in Seven Points, TX. Service will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at 12:30 PM at Victory Church in Scurry, TX. Interment will follow at Mankin Cemetery.
