Betty Lumpkin, 85, of Malakoff passed away Thursday, July 13 in Tyler, TX.
Betty was born January 20, 1932 to Frank and Tama Arimoto in Fort Lupton, CO.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Julius Lumpkin, her parents, Frank and Tama, sisters, Helen, Mary, and brother, Carl.
She is survived by her son Jim Lumpkin and family, daughter, Tama Bankheed and family, son Ed Lumpkin, 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, sister Rosie and family, sister-in-law Seiko and family, and many other beloved friends and family.
Ms. Lumpkin will be available for viewing from 9-5, Thursday, July 20 at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 19 at 3:00 pm at Faith Community Baptist Church.
