Mr. Aubrey Lynn Rogers, age 71, died at UT Tyler Medical Center in Tyler, Texas, on Sunday, July 19, 2020 at 1:24 p.m.
Born on February 15, 1949 in Malakoff, Texas where he resided and worked as a painter.
He preferred to be called Lynn and he was known and loved by many people in his community. He was known for his big heart. He loved to fish, and he loved his family. He was the Malakoff Tigers biggest fan.
Survivors include his son Marvin James Rogers and wife Shary Rogers, grandkids, great-grand daughters, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents A. Lester and A. Lucille Rogers, sister Gayle Rogers McGowan, brothers Tommy and David Rogers, and niece Tanja McGowan.
Visitation for Lynn will be held Monday, July 27 at First Baptist Church Malakoff from 12:00 – 1:00 PM.
Funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM, with interment immediately following at Malakoff Cemetery.
